Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing time may be slightly extended during peak seasons or promotional periods. We utilize reliable carriers to deliver your items promptly. Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are determined by the weight and dimensions of your order. We may offer free shipping promotions during certain periods, so be sure to check for any ongoing offers. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary based on your location.

 

Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary. If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Inaccurate addresses may result in delayed or undelivered packages. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. In the rare event of a delayed or lost shipment, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of the estimated delivery date for assistance. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and keep you informed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details. You can use this information to track the progress of your delivery. We only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Contact us if you need international shipment. We do not cover customs or import duties for international orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Mahwan Creations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange e-g personalized and customized items or Items marked as sale. Ensure the items are in their original condition, unused and with all tags attached. Pack the items securely in the original packaging or a similar protective packaging. Await approval and receive a return authorization (RA) number from our customer support team. Ship the items to the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item on our website. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
